As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will play a critical role in leading Capital Group’s global cash management activities for corporate holdings, including daily cash positioning, account transfers, domestic and international payments, and funding for accounts payable and payroll. You will analyze global liquidity needs, develop transaction workflow plans, and recommend money movement strategies that account for banking practices, payment methods, deadlines, foreign exchange considerations, and country-specific requirements. In this highly visible role, you will partner with Treasury leadership, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounting, banking partners, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely execution of cash activity and provide insightful Treasury analysis and reporting for management and oversight committees. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and bring 4–7+ years of relevant Treasury, cash management, finance operations, or banking experience. You have strong knowledge of domestic and international payment methods, electronic banking systems, cash positioning practices, and country-specific banking requirements. You are skilled at analyzing daily corporate cash needs, assessing funding requirements across entities and accounts, and recommending thoughtful money movement strategies. You bring sound judgment and precision to time-sensitive payment activity, including account transfers, payroll funding, accounts payable funding, and foreign exchange-related considerations. You are highly analytical and can research transaction details, interpret cash movement, identify unexpected trends or variances, and translate findings into clear reporting for senior leaders and committees. You communicate effectively with cross-functional partners, including Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounting, management, and external banking contacts, to clarify requirements and resolve issues. You demonstrate strong attention to detail and can review payment transactions, reports, schedules, and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities can shift and success requires ownership, adaptability, discretion, and a continuous improvement mindset.
