Job summary

Barrick Mining Corporation in Salt Lake City is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support a small Treasury team reporting to the Senior Manager. You will manage end-to-end treasury operations, including cash management, wire payments, bullion settlements, refinery coordination, and related settlements.

Collaborating with Accounting, Tax, Legal and other functions, you will monitor market and counterparty risk across metals, FX and rates, maintain banking relationships, support KYC/compliance, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field required.
• 2–5 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline required.
• CPA, CFA, or progress toward a professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bullion sales and settlement processes, including metal transfers, refinery coordination, banking transactions, royalty and streaming payments, and counterparty deliveries.
• Execute treasury operational activities, including cash management, wire payments, short-term investments, SAP Treasury transactions, reporting, and treasury system administration.
• Monitor market, credit, and financial risks related to metals, foreign exchange, energy, interest rates, and banking counterparty risk.
• Maintain relationships with banks, refineries, and internal stakeholders while supporting KYC, compliance, internal controls, and treasury governance activities.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Tax, Legal, and other business functions to ensure the accuracy of treasury transactions, financial reporting, and derivative activities.
• Support capital market initiatives, senior management presentations, strategic projects, and continuous improvement efforts across the Treasury function.
• Other special projects and duties as required.
