Job summary

Lincoln Financial Group is seeking a Treasury professional to join a collaborative team responsible for cash management, financial transactions, reporting and liquidity forecasting. You will maintain accurate records, prepare forecasts and ensure SOX and policy compliance while supporting treasury process improvements.

The role involves coordinating wire transfers and ACH payments, analyzing cash positions, and delivering timely reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of degree acceptable)
• 1–3+ years of treasury/finance experience aligned with responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Perform treasury activities to support cash, liquidity management and statutory requirements.
• Execute transactions including wire transfers, ACH payments and investment-related transactions through the treasury workstation.
• Maintain general ledger accounts; reconcile cash and related transactions; research and resolve discrepancies.
• Create and maintain reports; provide analysis to internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare cash forecasts, explain variances, and analyze liquidity decision-making options.
