Job summary

The role collaborates with our third-party stock plan administrator and assists with insurance applications, risk surveys, and bonds.

The position offers daily cash management duties, reporting, and opportunities for development in banking analysis and shareholder relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of business finance experience.
• Strong Excel formulas and data analysis skills.
• Experience with SAP is a plus; familiarity with SQL/Business Objects is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain cash forecasts and analyze variances.
• Forecast short-term borrowing needs.
• Assist with dividend calculations and 401K/SOP allocations.
• Maintain shareholder records with third-party administrator.
• Prepare weekly ESPP redemption reports for management.
• Support insurance applications and bond requests.
