Qualifications

• 2+ years of Treasury experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and treasury functions is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within treasury and finance.
• Reliable transportation to work in office Monday to Friday in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily cash management activities, including cash positioning.
• Help monitor and track bank accounts and financial transactions.
• Support the preparation of weekly and monthly cash reports.
• Assist with maintaining relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
• Participate in the administration of short-term borrowing and investments, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist with liquidity management to meet operational needs.
• Provide support in the preparation of financial and regulatory reports as required.
• Help with treasury systems management and process improvements.
• Monitor and track outstanding payments and collections.
• Assist with ad-hoc treasury projects and initiatives as needed.
