Job summary

Attain Finance in Greenville, SC is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support securitization investor reporting, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across Treasury, Accounting, Operations, Legal, and IT/Data teams.

You will prepare investor and trustee reports, maintain calendars, validate data, and help automate processes, with base salary $57,000-$80,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience; internship or coursework exposure to Treasury, Capital Markets, or securitizations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel; exposure to loan-level data, SQL, Python, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar data tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an eagerness to learn and problem solve.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadline pressure with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Comfort working with large datasets and interest in translating data into investor-ready reporting.
  • Coursework or exposure to structured finance, securitizations, investor reporting, or trust/servicer reporting is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn to interpret servicing agreements, trust documents, reporting requirements, and related definitions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute investor and trustee reporting packages for securitization transactions, including collateral stratifications, remittance reports, and monthly investor reports.
  • Help maintain a detailed reporting calendar for investor, trustee, servicer, and verification-agent deliverables to support timely submission.
  • Monitor and report on eligibility criteria, concentration limits, credit enhancement levels, triggers, and other deal-specific reporting requirements.
  • Own data extraction, validation, and quality-control processes used in investor reporting, with attention to accuracy and documentation.
  • Reconcile loan-level collateral data to servicing, trust, and investor reporting records, and identify and resolve discrepancies before external distribution.
  • Learn to interpret and apply servicing agreement, trust, pooling and servicing agreement, and reporting definitions as applied to recurring investor deliverables, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Respond to routine investor, trustee, and other transaction participants inquiries related to reported data and reporting methodology, escalating complex questions as needed.
  • Help maintain process documentation, report templates, and data dictionaries for securitization investor reporting.
  • Support automation and process improvement initiatives for investor reporting workflows, controls, and governance.
  • Maintain evidence of review, approvals, reconciliations, and controls supporting investor reporting.
  • Assist in the enhancement of financial models focused on asset selection and predictive analytics ensuring compliance with Credit Agreements.
  • Assist in managing lender audits.
  • Complete ad hoc analyses and other reporting support as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication with cross-functional departments

The Treasury Analyst will support Capital Markets activities with a primary focus on securitization investor reporting, including investor and trustee reporting, collateral data analysis, and recurring reporting for securitization transactions. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and well-controlled reporting to lenders and other external stakeholders, while also supporting process automation, data validation, and cross-functional coordination across Treasury, Accounting, Operations, Legal, and IT/Data teams.

This role is based out of our Greenville, SC office.

This role is based out of our Greenville, SC office.

Base Salary: $57,000 - $80,000 USD

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

All full-time salaried employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our 401k program, starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with a company match.
