Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join its Treasury Team in Wisconsin. You’ll support forecasting, reporting, and reconciliation, coordinating cash flow projections and ensuring smooth day-to-day treasury operations.

A strong ERP background and Excel/PowerPoint proficiency are required to enable robust working-capital analysis. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal departments, adherence to controls, and involvement in bank-related activities and strategic treasury

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Experience with a large-scale ERP is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reconciliation and reporting of cash flow forecasts.
• Support day-to-day treasury operations and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare working capital forecasts linking actuals to forecasts.
• Assist with banking activities, documentation, and account coordination.
• Support process improvements across treasury functions.

Reporting directly to the Group Manager, Accounting - Treasury, the Treasury Analyst is a key resource who participates in all Accounting and Treasury functions, with an emphasis on reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation.You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:Independently coordinate reconciliation and reporting of cash flow forecast, both internally and externally.Support the Treasury Team in day-to-day operations.Provide excellent customer service to other departments, related to general treasury inquiriesMaintain appropriate Accounting and Controllership department process compliance and controls.Develop contacts with Treasury-related departments and internal/external financial contactsPreparation of key working capital forecasts and responsibility for creating the links between actuals and forecasts.Assist with company activities relating to banking including transactions, bank documentation, account coordination and bank fees.Never settle mind set for process improvement of various Treasury functions.Support the Group Manager Accounting - Treasury on key projects.Independently manage key projects.The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Business.Experience with a large-scale ERP requiredProficiency with Excel and PowerPoint requiredOther TOOLS we prefer you to have:Accounting or FP&A experience.Preferred one to two years of working experience in a corporate International Treasury environmentMultinational banking structure.A plus of corporate Treasury experience.We provide these great perks and benefits:Robust health, dental and vision insurance plansGenerous 401 (K) savings planEducation assistanceOn-site wellness, fitness center, food, and coffee serviceAnd many more, check out our benefits site HERE .Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.
