Job summary

Southern Ute Indian Tribe Growth Fund is seeking a Treasury Support position in Colorado to assist with day-to-day treasury operations, financial reporting, and analytical duties. The role involves collaborating with external partners on contracts and bank documents while ensuring policy-aligned banking and investment procedures.

You will contribute to cash management, forecasting, and budgeting, supporting informed daily decisions. Hybrid work arrangements are available in the Ignacio area.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree with relevant banking/finance experience required.
• Experience with banks, financial institutions, or external partners is required.
• Exposure to loan agreements, banking products, or credit-related activities.
• Experience tracking cash balances and cash activity; proficient with payment processing (wire, ACH, transfers).

Job description

This position will support the Growth Fund Treasury Manager with day-to-day treasury functions, financial reporting, and analysis. Regularly communicates with external partners to procure and maintain contracts, bank documents, and other agreements. Supports internal departments with banking and investment procedures per policy. Performs banking, financing, and investment data analysis to support daily decision-making processes for effective cash and asset management. Assists with regular forecasting and budgeting processes.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field and one-year relevant experience in a banking, finance, or treasury role;

OR

• a Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and three years relevant experience in a banking, finance, or treasury role is required.
• Must have experience working with banks, financial institutions, or external business partners.
• Must have exposure to loan agreements, banking products, or credit-related activities.
• Must have experience tracking cash balances, cash activity, and familiarity with payment processing (such as wires, ACH, or account transfers).
