Job summary

Workforce Recruiter seeks a Treasury Analyst to support daily cash operations, reconcile hedging positions, and deliver financial reporting. This entry-to-mid level role reports to the Treasury Director and offers exposure to treasury, risk management, and executive communications.

You will coordinate across accounting, operations, and risk teams, perform month-end close tasks, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen internal controls and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Entry-level to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or treasury operations.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with high attention to quantitative detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication across departments and for executive presentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate derivative and hedging analysis with accounting, operations, trading, and risk teams to reconcile positions.
• Execute monthly close and prepare reporting for realized and unrealized derivative positions.
• Support daily cash monitoring, payments, and intercompany activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and efficiencies in treasury workflows.
• Assist the Treasury Director in preparing executive summaries for senior leadership and the Board.
• Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and financial analysis as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Derivative & Hedging Analysis: Coordinate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, trading, and risk management teams to reconcile exchange-traded derivative positions between broker statements and internal systems of record.
• Month-End Reporting: Execute monthly closing processes and prepare reporting for realized and unrealized exchange-traded derivative positions.
• Cash Management: Support daily cash monitoring, payment processing, and intercompany financial activities.
• Process Optimization: Identify and execute opportunities to improve internal controls, eliminate redundancies, and enhance efficiencies across treasury banking workflows.
• Executive & Board Support: Assist the Treasury Director in accumulating financial analysis and preparing executive summary materials for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• General Treasury Support: Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and financial analysis as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements
