Treasury Analyst: Corporate Treasury - Bank Services

The Treasury Analyst for the Bank Services support role will assist the FMR Corporate Treasury team accountable for processing all bank account opening, closing and administrative changes (including signatory updates) for Devonshire Investors, FMR LLC and subsidiary companies. This position maintains the accuracy of both the bank account files and the bank account database. Requests for bank administration activities may occur at any time during the month and must be handled expeditiously. Our team is responsible for all aspects of establishing banking services between Fidelity and the key relationship banks including disbursement, deposit, lockbox and ACH services. The candidate will interact with many groups within the Fidelity organization and effectively represent the business to banks.

The Purpose of Your Role

Primary Responsibilities

Ensure that responsibilities are performed in a timely fashion

• Facilitate completion of legal documentation by completing documents based on feedback from multiple Legal departments, and banks
• Responsible for the daily tasks associated with fulfilling the departments policies associated with functional area within Bank Services
• Analysis of bank fees to ensure bills are appropriate
• Works with manager and team members to identify process improvements
• Understands the risk inherent in the process and identifies risk mitigation opportunities
• Deliver effective written and verbal communication to appropriate business and banking
