Founded in West Hollywood in 1998, it’s the original strength and cardio interval fitness experience that provides an immersive, high-intensity, one-hour workout that’s as effective as it is fun. Our fitness classes alternate between working out with weights and running on a treadmill. Each day focuses on a different muscle group to achieve real results and prevent injuries. Our program is designed to tone muscle and maximize fat loss, while spiking the metabolism for up to 48 hours following the class.

Role Overview

The Treadmill Maintenance Lead is responsible for the maintenance and repair of our treadmills. Our Facilities Team ensures our equipment and studios are in optimal condition, supporting excellent customer service and operational excellence.

Must Haves

• Strong customer service skills, effective communication, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to communicate with supervisors, peers, and subordinates via phone, written, email, or in person in a timely manner.
• No prior treadmill repair experience required, but mechanical skills and some experience with general machine repair and maintenance are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair home studio treadmills, ensuring they are operational and promptly bringing any downed equipment back online.
• Keep power cords clean, rolled up with Velcro straps, and clear from underneath the treadmills.
• Ensure outlet covers are closed; report damages or missing covers.
• Keep the area underneath and around treadmills free of dust and debris, sweeping and wiping as needed.
• Clean treadmill rails, front, back, and side steps.
• Check for stability of treadmills, especially when inclined, and ensure they are secure.
• Verify incline levels during breaks, adjusting if above 0.2.
• Ensure safety magnets are dry and available, replacing as needed.
• Organize and store parts and tools properly after use.
• Maintain treadmill alignment and cleanliness at all times.
• Report any issues or repairs to the Studio Manager or Director of Operations for proper logging.
