Keswick Multicare Inc in Baltimore, MD is seeking a full-time Tray Line Supervisor for the evening shift (12pm–8:30pm). You will manage the tray line and cafe operations, ensure timely meal delivery, and supervise staff to meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience and/or training in food production.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensures tray line and cafe start times are met.
• Ensures delivery times are met.
• Trains employees; plans, assigns, and directs work; appraises performance; rewards and coaches team members; addresses complaints and resolves problems.
• Maintains basic food storage sanitation principles for the kitchen and cafe.
• Oversees tray line operations in accordance with established standards of quantity, quality control, taste and presentation, temperature, and delivery.
• Operational oversight with a hands-on leadership style, with competencies of all areas of the tray line operation.
