Job summary

Böhme in Utah is seeking a Stylist who loves fashion and delivering a friendly, knowledgeable shopping experience. You will be part of a team that helps customers find looks that express their personal style while keeping the store organized and inviting.

The role requires greeting customers, answering questions, meeting daily sales goals (SPH, ADS, UPT), restocking, and helping with store maintenance. Sunday work is required and a positive, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Experience with retail selling and customer service.
• Proficient with POS systems and store computer applications.
• Ability to greet customers and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers on the sales floor.
• Provide assistance to customers by answering merchandise related questions.
• Meet individual sales goals (SPH, ADS, and UPT) established by store management every day.
• Fill, size, and fold merchandise throughout the shift.
• Assist in cleaning and maintenance of the store as directed by store management.
• Continue self-training using Bohme and all other training materials along with hands-on store training provided by management.
• Communicate to store management any customer needs or concerns.
• Assist in processing merchandise as directed by store management.
• Follow all established safety procedures.
• Observe and monitor for loss prevention and advise management of any unusual internal or external activity
• Ring up sales transactions as directed by store management
• Operate cash register as directed by store management
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Böhme was founded by Vivien and Fernanda Böhme, two sisters from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil who immigrated to the United States as young girls.
