Job summary

Jet Industries Inc. is seeking a Traveling Foreman to work in Oregon, with travel and lodging provided by the company. The role focuses on installing electrical distribution equipment, conduits, lighting, and wiring while ensuring safety and teamwork in a dynamic field environment.

The candidate will read complex blueprints and operate diagnostic tools, with opportunities for on-site leadership and field training within Jet University.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Oregon Journeyman's License.
• Basic Proficiency in English required for safety and on-site communication.
• Ability to read complex blueprints, piping, sketches, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical distribution equipment, services, and panels.
• Install in-ground conduits and lighting/lighting control systems.
• Install wiring (NMB, MC, single conductor cable, conduit) and low-voltage systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, lighting, and devices.
• Read blueprints, piping, sketches, and wiring diagrams.

Looking for a Traveling Foreman for work in the state of Oregon at first. Will pay for travel & company will pay for lodging.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Installation of electrical distribution equipment, services, and panels
• Installation of in-ground conduits
• Installation of lighting and lighting control systems
• Installation of wiring, including but not limited to NMB, MC, single conductor cable, and conduit (EMT, PVC, and rigid) systems
• Installation of low-voltage systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, lighting, and devices
• Read complex blueprints, piping, sketches, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Operate a variety of equipment, such as hand tools and diagnostic hardware
• Operate various measuring, diagnostic, and testing instruments

Minimum Qualifications And Experience

• The ability to get an Oregon Journeyman's License.
• Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
