Job summary

Green Water & Power, LLC in California seeks an experienced Rough‑In Electrician to join its new Greenfield Construction Team. The role focuses on underground conduit, service equipment install, and testing, with on‑site collaboration across trades and extended travel to project sites.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical work, NEC knowledge, 480V three‑phase experience, OSHA 10, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience including underground/service work.
• Strong NEC knowledge (230, 250, 300) and local codes.
• Ability to read single-line diagrams and plans.
• Experience with 480V three-phase systems.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Install underground conduit and duct banks per plans.
• Set conduit stub-ups and place before concrete pours.
• Install pull boxes, handholes, and vaults.
• Install grounding systems and service equipment.
• Coordinate with utility and other trades on site.
• Test insulation resistance, continuity, and torque on conductors.
• Prepare for inspections and support charger commissioning.
• Lead and mentor on-site installers and apprentices.
