Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience operating tieback or micropile drill rigs.
• Hands-on experience in construction or geotechnical industry.
• OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
• Self-motivated and willing to travel.
• Capable of physical labor up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized drill rigs for various applications.
• Maintain drilling equipment according to specifications.
• Perform rigging, hoisting, and equipment movement.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with repairs.
