Fox Pest Control is looking for a Traveling Termite Technician to support branches across our network. This role blends hands-on work with travel, customer service, and protecting homes from termite damage.

Base pay is $55,000–$70,000 with paid training, licensing, and certifications. Eligible for performance-based raises after 90 days. Benefits include medical, dental, vision; 401k with 4% company match; PTO and holidays; company vehicle, gas card, tablet equipment, and products.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old for insurance purposes.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the US.
• Current pest control license or prior pest control/pesticide experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Experience in manual labor, service routes, or outdoor work.
• Face‑to‑face customer service experience and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a branch location hosting a sales team.
• Prepare the specific materials for the customer’s needs.
• Inform the customer you are on the way and greet them at the door.
• Perform termite treatment services with care and compliance.
• Provide in-person reporting and detailed notes for ongoing protection.

Fox Pest Control is hiring a Traveling Termite Technician to support branches across our network. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, travel, customer service, and helping protect homes from termite damage.

Pay

• Base pay between $55,000 - $70,000
• Paid training, licensing, and certifications

Responsibilities

Day in the Life of a Traveling Termite Technician

You will have the perfect mix of independence and building relationships with others. Each day, you will take ownership over getting everything ready to serve your customers and execute your assigned route with the highest level of care and respect. A large part of your responsibilities include speaking face‑to‑face with your customers. You will be expected to build genuine relationships, set expectations, and resolve concerns. Specifically, you will own termite treatment services and ensure they are used in an effective and compliant way.

• Travel to a branch location who is hosting a sales team
• Preparing the specific materials for that customer's unique needs
• Letting the customer know you are on your way
• Knocking on the door and greeting the customer
• Performing the service
• Reporting in person and detailed notes on what you saw, did, and recommend for the customers' continued pest protection.
• Proceed to the next customer

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to lift to up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Must be 21 years of age or older for insurance purposes
• A valid driver's license, authorized to work in the US
• Experience in manual labor, service routes, or outdoor work
• Face‑to‑face customer service experience and people skills
• Current pest control license or previous experience with pest control or pesticides
• Desire to learn and develop as an individual and leader
• Previous experience in termite work a strong plus
