Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a Teller for a multi-site role covering the Sussex County, DE market. The position is full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) with travel to various financial centers in the market and scheduling around branch hours. Sundays are not required.

The Teller will handle customer transactions, promote bank products, and assist with operational tasks while maintaining compliance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months customer service experience.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Accountable for the referral of products and services at the Financial Center.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, Fulton policy and procedure.
• Leverage knowledge of digital solutions to support customers.
