Job summary

Fulton Bank, N.A. in New Jersey seeks a full-time Financial Center Teller to deliver exceptional service across Atlantic and Ocean County markets.

You will handle teller transactions, promote bank products, and help customers reach their financial goals while traveling to different centers as needed. The role requires 6–12 months of customer service and cash handling experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work around branch hours with no Sundays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months customer service experience.
• 6–12 months cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Accountable for the referral of products and services at the Financial Center. Recognize, demonstrate and follow-through on referral opportunities.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, and Fulton policy and procedure to include operational, security and settlement procedures.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
