Job summary

Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a Teller (Multi-Site) to serve customers across Northampton and Lehigh County markets in PA.

The role is full-time, roughly 40 hours per week, with travel between Easton, Allentown, Wind Gap, and Bethlehem as needed, and no Sunday shifts. You will handle teller transactions, promote bank products, and contribute to a positive customer experience while adhering to policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months customer service experience.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy.
• Accountable for the referral of products and services at the Financial Center. Recognize, demonstrate and follow-through on referral opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, and Fulton policy and procedure to include operational, security and settlement procedures.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
