Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year lineman experience.
• Experience operating truck-mounted aerial lifts.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering/construction prints, plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain overhead telecommunications lines.
• Dig holes, climb poles, place anchors, string wire, and lay cable/conduit.
• Read work orders and engineering documents to determine tasks.
• Operate aerial and underground equipment as needed.
• Set up traffic control signs and cones; direct traffic as required.
• Complete timesheets, reports, and other documentation per standards.
• Adhere to safety policies and perform work safely at heights.
• Assist with general tasks and accounting as needed.
