ezHIRE is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on high-end hospitality and restaurant builds across the United States. You will oversee turnover, mobilization, sequencing, and closeout while coordinating with owners, architects, vendors, and project leadership.

This role requires extensive field leadership, strong scheduling and coordination skills, and a willingness to travel nationwide. Expect a collaborative, team-focused culture with long-term growth and stability.

Qualifications

• Direct GC experience on high-end hospitality/restaurant projects.
• 5+ years in superintendent or field leadership in commercial construction.
• Experience managing field operations for design-driven hospitality projects.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and building systems.
• Experience with construction management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated tenure and stability with previous employers.

Responsabilités

• Lead field operations from turnover through closeout, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and chair weekly subcontractor meetings; monitor performance and productivity.
• Enforce safety standards, keep jobsite clean and compliant, and ensure quality per project specs.
• Maintain daily field reports, weekly safety documentation, and project records.
