Job summary

Actalent seeks a Traveling Superintendent to support a confidential hyperscale AI data center program across multiple campuses. Based in El Paso, this role leads site development, structural steel, concrete operations, large-scale MEP coordination, and energization activities for mega projects delivering hundreds of MW of IT load.

You will manage trade partners, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate large field teams and subcontractors on fast-track schedules, with competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Experience as traveling superintendent on large-scale data center or mega projects.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers and mission-critical facilities.
• Ability to manage multi-campus construction and energization.
