Job summary

TEXBUILT is seeking multiple Superintendents for our Irving, TX office to manage ground-up commercial construction projects in the $10M–$50M range. You will coordinate workers, materials, and equipment to ensure plans are followed, schedules stay on track, and work is performed safely and professionally.

Ideal candidates have 5–15 years of supervisory experience, are willing to relocate to project sites, and hold OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and fall protection certifications.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of supervisory experience on ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Willingness to relocate to assigned job sites.
• OSHA 30-hour minimum, First Aid/CPR, Competent Person certifications (Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Trenching).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical fieldwork for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with owners and architects on project progress and changes.
• Lead onsite meetings with architects, engineers, owners and stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce cost-effective project plans and schedules.
• Track schedule progress to meet time and budget constraints.
• Review contract docs and ensure teams have current plans and drawings.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors.
• Prepare daily field reports and site photos.
• Set performance expectations and delegate work to team members.
