Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as Superintendent for a General Contractor in retail/commercial.
• Minimum of 3 years commercial/retail construction
• Must have experience leading and managing a team of subcontractors and on-site personnel

• Implement quality control measures and enforce safety policies.
• Coordinate all 16 trades on site and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
