Job summary

84 Lumber is seeking a Framing Manager to ensure profitability of framing installed sales, lead crews, and supervise on-site quality checks and planning. You will train installers, monitor safety, and manage equipment maintenance to support timely framing installations.

The role also involves assisting with estimates, handling customer inquiries with professional discretion, and occasionally installing framing if needed. Emphasis on safety, efficiency, and field coordination.

Overview

The Framing Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall profitability of framing installed sales, for training, supervising and directing the work of framing installation crews, performing quality checks at jobsites, maintaining production or installation records, planning framing installation work, apportioning the work among the framing crews, overseeing the maintenance of all equipment and trucks, providing for the safety and security of the framing crews, assisting with any estimates that will need performed in the field and addressing and adjusting common inquiries and/or complaints from customers.
