Job description

Are you an experienced construction professional with a passion for managing projects from start to finish? Gibian LLC is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee and coordinate our commercial construction projects. This role requires a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is dedicated to delivering high‑quality results. Superintendents will be required to travel to jobs and stay in employer‑paid hotels for commutes over 1.5 hours. Our jobs range from NY to NC along the East Coast. Work in occupied facilities will require work being completed during the second or third shift.

As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day oversight of construction projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will collaborate with subcontractors, coordinate with owners/clients, and address any on‑site challenges to ensure successful project completion.

Compensation:

• Salary range - $90,000 - $110,000
• 401(k) with matching employer contribution up to 4% (after 1 year)
• Paid Time Off
• Mileage Reimbursement: The company reimburses for mileage beyond 50 miles daily at the IRS rate (currently, .70 per mile).
• Per Diem: A small per diem for food.
