Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Regional Travel/Store Display Associate to support renovations, new stores, relocations, and other projects across multiple sites. You will unload merchandise, install fixtures, set schematics, and ensure tasks meet company standards.

The role requires travel up to 100% with overnight stays, strong teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment. High school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1–3 years in retail preferred; store management experience a plus.
Technical: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new applications.

Responsibilities

Assist with multiple renovation, new store, relocation, expansion projects, ensuring tasks meet company standards.
Unload and organize merchandise, build and tear down fixtures, and set schematics and templates.
Provide customer service and support day-to-day store activities as directed by the Store Display Lead/Coordinator.
Maintain safety at job sites and communicate effectively with team members to ensure project success.
Travel up to 100% to project locations with overnight stays and non-traditional hours.
