Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Regional Traveling Store Display Associate to support renovations, openings, and special projects across sites. You will work both independently and with a team, following directions from the Store Display Lead, and travel to project sites to ensure quality completion.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in retail, proficiency with MS Office, and strong communication. This full-time role demands flexibility, travel up to 100%, and the ability to work non-traditional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1−3 years retail experience, preferably in store management.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Outlook and Excel; ability to learn new applications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multiple renovation, new store, relocation, expansion, and other types of projects; ensure activities meet company standards.
• Assist with day-to-day store activities related to the store project as directed by the Store Display Coordinator/Lead.
• Maintain safety and implement new procedures, best practices, and efficiencies for all projects.
• Coordinate with store operations and development teams to meet project standards and deadlines.
