Job summary

A leading construction firm in Tulsa is seeking a Sr. Site Safety Manager to develop and implement site safety programs. Responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, facilitating training, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates will hold a B.S. in Safety and Health and possess at least 4 years of relevant safety experience in construction. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. A strong emphasis is placed on creating a zero-injury culture across projects by coaching workers and conducting regular safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills required.
• B.S. in Safety and Health or similar degree needed.
• At least 4 years of safety experience in construction.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of the project safety program.
• Conduct jobsite orientation for new project employees.
• Administer and record participation in the orientation program.
• Conduct and document pre‑planning safety meetings with subcontractors.
• Conduct regular safety meetings with subcontractors and project staff.
