Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical background preferred.
• Willing to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
• Able to travel consistently for extended periods.
• Within 60-mile radius of an airport for longer travel.
• Clean driving record; no DUIs in past five years.
• 1–2 years of security experience; low-voltage cabling experience.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Electronic Access Control Systems and door hardware.
• Travel daily to client sites for installations and service work.
• Stock and organize tools and materials for each site.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Video Surveillance Systems.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Alarm Systems.
• Pull, route, and terminate various cables as needed.
• Test systems to verify proper operation per manufacturer specs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and team members on updates.
• Coordinate with Engineering to program alarm, access, and IP video systems.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on alarm, access, and video systems.
• Maintain high quality standards on all installations.
• Organize and manage parts and tools; maintain daily records.
• Adhere to safety best practices; perform other duties as assigned.
