Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager based near Columbus, OH to drive performance across 400+ clinics. This full-time role combines sales leadership with hands-on operations, delivering engaging consultations and guiding teams to achieve revenue and client satisfaction across locations.

You will travel 100% when needed, manage the full sales cycle, and mentor a small team while leveraging data to optimize outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations.
• Experience mentoring or managing a small team (2–5 employees).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and sales software.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively (100%) with flexible schedules.
• Residence near a major airport.

Position Summary:

As a Traveling Clinic Manager, you will support operations across Milan’s 400+ clinic locations, stepping in as the acting Clinic Manager during critical coverage needs. You will lead client consultations, drive revenue through personalized treatment plans, and support clinic teams to maintain strong performance and a seamless client experience.

  Requirements:

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (100%) with flexibility for changing schedules
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new locations, teams, and business needs
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to rent vehicles for business travel
  • Residence within close proximity to a major airport

  Travel assignments are coordinated by Milan’s Scheduling Team, with all travel expenses covered. Travel by flight and vehicle is required. Assignments vary in length depending on business demand and may include support across any of Milan’s 400+ locations nationwide.

  Sales Manager must be able to fulfill a 100 percent travel schedule and reside within close proximity to both a Milan clinic and a major airport.
