DEPCOM Power is seeking Safety Specialists for construction-site roles across the U.S. with 95% travel. The role supports PSM activities, safety training, and compliance with OSHA, DOT, and internal EHS standards.

You will help embed a culture of safety and participate with all employees to uphold high safety standards. Minimum qualifications include 2+ years in construction safety, OSHA 510 and OSHA 30, and First aid/AED certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience on a construction safety project.
• Completion of OSHA 510 training.
• OSHA 30 construction certification.
• First aid and AED certification.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate safety and health training for employees and contractors.
• Support safety policy planning and regulatory compliance (OSHA/DOT).
• Maintain knowledge of Koch/DEPCOM EHS standards and laws.
• Assist incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Promote an collaborative EHS culture across all employees.
• Perform walk-through inspections to identify hazards and unsafe acts.
• Assist with risk assessments, JHA reviews, and PPE assessments.
• Provide on-site care for injuries within standard of care.
