Job summary

RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive safety program across multiple locations. The role involves conducting safety inspections, facilitating employee trainings (CPR, AED, First Aid), and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will lead safety initiatives, coordinate with operations teams, and travel to branch locations as needed to strengthen a safety culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10-Hour Trainer certification required.
• First Aid/CPR/AED Trainer certification required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Trainer certification preferred.
• Forklift Trainer certification preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive safety program across multiple locations.
• Conduct safety inspections and trainings for employees including CPR, AED and First Aid.
• Lead on-site safety observations, investigations and incident reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Travel extensively to branch locations (up to 50% as stated).
