The position requires OSHA 10/30 certification, with OSHA 500 strongly preferred, and involves traveling to job sites to ensure compliance and continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations for construction.
• Experience overseeing safety for electrical tradesmen.
• OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety of all electrical trades on each job site assigned.
• Perform safety audits and enforce corrective actions for accidents/incidents.
• Lead, influence, and motivate staff on safety procedures on site.
• Travel to multiple job sites as required to support safety program.
