Job summary

Amteck is seeking Traveling Safety Coordinators to oversee safety for electrical trades on each job site, perform safety audits, and take corrective actions for accidents and incidents. Join us to contribute to a leading safety program with strong regional project coverage.

Applicants should have extensive OSHA knowledge, experience in electrical safety, and the ability to lead teams effectively; OSHA 10/30 is required, OSHA 500 preferred. Per diem and competitive wages offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction.
• Prior experience overseeing the safety for electrical tradesmen.
• Ability to effectively lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures.
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety of all electrical trades on assigned job sites.
• Perform safety audits and enforce corrective actions for incidents.
