Job summary

WxTite, a growing building-envelope contractor, is seeking a Traveling Roofer to join our team in Greensboro, NC. As a Commercial Roofing Mechanic, you will install, remove, repair, and replace various commercial roofing systems under the direction of a foreman, with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of commercial roofing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel when local work is not available.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Willingness to travel (when local work is unavailable).

Responsibilities

• Hand weld single ply roofing.
• Follow safety guidelines and job specifications.
• Install, remove, repair, and replace various commercial roofing systems under foreman supervision.
• Knowledge of EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified, BUR, sheet metal and other commercial roofing types.
• Receive instruction and produce work accordingly.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Occasional travel overnight.

As a Commercial Roofing Mechanic at WxTite you will be able to:

• Hand weld single ply roofing
