Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• RHIT certification preferred.
• 4+ years of healthcare setting/medical records experience.
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed and maintain required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Process medical ROI requests promptly using Verisma software.
• Travel to client locations to provide coverage as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA, HIPAA-related guidelines and state regulations compliance.
• Organize records to complete ROI processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service in-person, by phone, or email as location requires.
