Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers across multiple locations. You will build displays, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to optimize sales opportunities. The role requires regular travel and overnight stays as needed.

No prior experience is required because we provide training and team support to help you succeed, with opportunities for growth and additional hours if available.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You are 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical work: moving, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
• Willing to travel within and outside your home state, with overnight hotel stays.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team in a safety-first retail environment.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. This is a traveling position that requires regular travel as a primary requirement of the role. Travel roles may require various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time.
