SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks a Traveling Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Williamsport, PA. You will lead in-store merchandising efforts, build displays, rotate stock, and ensure planogram compliance across stores with regular overnight travel.

The role trains teammates, supports scheduling, and uses mobile tools to report progress. Prior merchandising and leadership experience are preferred; you must be 18+ and comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform category resets, build displays and end caps, rotate and date-check products, place and correct tags, and ensure shelves meet planogram standards.
• Identify out-of-stock conditions, organize backstock and discontinued items, and coordinate with store leadership.
• Train new teammates, assist with scheduling, and provide in-store operational oversight.
• Travel frequently with regular overnight hotel stays and use company tech or personal device to report progress.

Responsibilities include completing category resets, building displays and end caps, rotating and date-checking product, placing and correcting tags, and ensuring shelves meet store and planogram standards. You will identify out-of-stock conditions, organize backstock and discontinued items, and work directly with store leadership during project initiatives. The position also requires using company technology--or your own device--to track progress, capture photos, communicate issues, and complete required reporting. You will also assist in training new teammates, support basic scheduling needs, and provide general in-store operational oversight.
