McClatchy Media Company is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple stores in the Centerville area. The role requires on-site work with travel to account locations, maintaining planograms and replenishing stock according to store standards.

Excellent communication and reliable transportation are essential. Expect a 100% merchandising focus, with a fixed weekday schedule and travel up to the territory.

Qualifications

• General merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask and detail-oriented.

• Adherence to the company’s attendance policy.

Responsibilities

• Work within a retail environment to effectively merchandise products by applying store and/or corporate standards.
• Safely and efficiently replenish product and display cases.
• Service all stores as scheduled; seek approval for overtime.
• Record work hours and related information using designated applications.
• Develop relationships with store personnel and communicate with Supervisor regularly.
• Follow planograms (POGs) and store standards.
