Retail Odyssey is seeking a traveling in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

This role requires regular travel (up to 50% or more), a customer-focused demeanor, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• You are 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Willingness to travel within and outside your home state with overnight stays.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with safety-first mindset.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. This is a traveling position that requires regular travel as a primary requirement of the role. Travel roles may require various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
