Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a hands-on merchandiser to support retailers in-store. You will build displays, end caps, and reset shelves with rotation while tracking inventory to optimize sales opportunities.

This traveling role requires regular travel—often up to 50% or more—with paid travel and overnight stays. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
