Job summary

Retail Odyssey is seeking a traveling in-store merchandiser to support retailers with displays, end caps, shelf resets, and inventory tracking. This role requires regular travel and may involve overnight stays to maximize sales opportunities.

You will join a team that values hands-on execution, customer service, and proactive problem solving at store level. You must be 18+, physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable working independently or with a team

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to travel within and outside the home state with overnight stays.
• Friendly, enthusiastic interaction with customers and management.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. This is a traveling position that requires regular travel as a primary requirement of the role. Travel roles may require various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
