Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a motivated merchandiser to shape the shopping experience across retailers. You will travel to stores to build displays, reset shelves with product rotation, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

This role requires regular travel (up to 50% or more), a friendly customer service approach, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

This is a traveling position that requires regular travel as a primary requirement of the role. Travel roles may require various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time.
