Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, invites you to join our in-store merchandising team in San Rafael, CA. You will build displays, reset shelves, track inventory, and support leadership with scheduling and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience required as training is provided. You should be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, have reliable transportation, and enjoy delivering friendly customer service as part of a collaborative team at $22.00 per hour with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people is a plus.
• Ability to record work using a smartphone or tablet.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training peopleCan use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
