Job summary

Retail Odyssey is seeking a merchandising associate to support retailers in-store, build displays and end caps, and ensure shelves are stocked effectively. You will collaborate with store teams to optimize planograms and drive product visibility.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, reliability, and the ability to travel regularly, including overnight stays. No prior experience is required; training and team support are provided.

• Travel frequently—up to 50% of the time with overnight stays.

About You / Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing, and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Interested in traveling within and outside your home state, with overnight hotel stays.
• Motivated self-starter with strong bias for action and results.
• Can work independently, but also possesses successful team‑building skills.
• Ability to perform job duties with a safety‑first mentality in a retail environment.
