Job summary

Advantage Solutions’ Retail Odyssey division in Crystal Lake, IL seeks energized merchandisers to provide in-store merchandising support, build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory while traveling up to 50% of the time.

No experience required; training is provided. This role requires you to be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and to travel with overnight stays. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are available.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. This is a traveling position that requires regular travel as a primary requirement of the role. Travel roles may require various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
