Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking individuals to join as in-store merchandisers. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to help retailers maximize sales opportunities.

This travel role requires regular travel (up to 50% or more) and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to travel to stores.
• Willing to travel within and outside of your state, with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps, rotate stock and monitor inventory.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

This is a traveling position that requires regular travel as a primary requirement of the role. Travel roles may require various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
