Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers, build displays, and rotate shelves. This traveling role requires regular travel and overnight stays to maximize sales opportunities across locations.

Applicants should be comfortable engaging customers and management, be 18+, physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, and willing to travel up to 50% with overnight hotel stays. Training is provided, and benefits options are available.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members
• Interested in traveling within and outside your home state, with overnight hotel stays
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
